Courses of Mindfulness

Have you ever found&caught yourself thinking that impulsive actions did not lead to the desired result?

Have you noticed that you do not remember what you discussed with a friend or a child yesterday, that you had breakfast a few hours ago, and in general, you do not fully understand what is going on in their life?

These are all signs that you lack awareness, the ability to fully focus and concentrate on the current moment, to understand your emotions and feelings, to guide yourself by this understanding in decision-making process.

MINDFULNESS is a skill that can be developed in courses for children, adolescents and adults.

We offer you:

  • MBSR course for adults aged from 22 to 65 years old, parents of young children and adults and anyone who dreams of living in peace and with the feeling of “mindfulness”.
  • Attention Games Course for children aged from 5 to 12 years old.
  • Course “Potential inside” for adolescents aged from 12 to 15 years old.

We have prepared a program that has no analogues in other European countries

By participating in our courses, you and your children can and will:

  • learn to deal with complex emotions, stress. Awareness practices help regulate the emotional state, without harming the body to overcome stress, they teach to control reactions to difficult situations.
  • improve memory. Regular use of mindfulness practices improves cognitive abilities. It will become easy for you to focus on tasks and tackle them faster, while feeling still full of energy.
  • improve sleep quality. High levels of anxiety, automatic thoughts are usually the main cause of insomnia. Mindfulness practices help with coping with anxiety and normal sleep.
  • improve relationships with family members, partners, colleagues. They will learn to understand their own needs and desires of other people, they will learn to make the right decisions and act in their own interest so as not to harm others.

Already during the courses, you will become a person:

  • more calm: learn to relax, master deep relaxation techniques, which can be used in any place you like or need;
  • more productive: learn to set priorities and pay attention to what is most important, without wasting time and effort on minor issues;
  • more energetic: learn to monitor your condition and take timely rest to replenish your physical and mental energy supplies, to avoid exhaustion and burning out.

The programs of our courses are designed so that the material is understandable and interesting for children, adolescents and adults.
